Gravel Dip Pendant

Stand out with this unique hand-crafted gemstone pendant. Maligano Jasper is a rare gemstone from Indonesia. This particular gemstone is hand-cut, keeping the brecciated section at the bottom, making it look like like gravel. The design is in Sterling Silver and at the bottom of the design, around the brecciated section of the stone, the silver is reticulated. Reticulation is done by heating the silver until it curdles but does not pool. Then it is scrubbed to remove any copper that has surfaced. This is repeated about a dozen times until the desired surface is obtained. Pendant comes with an 18" Sterling Silver Italian chain.
