I’m a creative soul who adores Japanese kimonos.
The second hand kimonos I import from Japan are unpicked and hand washed. I remake the silk fabric into new items by hand, giving this preloved and unwanted clothing new life and continuing the history of this cultural icon.
Some of the kimonos are kept to wear or use in the talks I give about the history of Japanese kimono.
