Elephant Parade card

£2.70
In Summer 2010 the Elephant Parade came to London – 260 vividly painted elephants appeared on streets all over the city, designed to raise awareness of Elephant Family, a charity dedicated to saving the Asian elephant. London was captivated. On the final day of the two-month long exhibition, all the elephants were brought together at Chelsea’s Royal Hospital to be auctioned for fundraising. Seeing them all congregated in one location was a spectacular sight.SPECIFICATION:Created from 350gsm card with a glossy outer. • Walking through London has always been one of my favourite things to do. In a vibrant, cosmopolitan city, rich with history, music, stories and style, and at the forefront of fashion, it never gets old.

London’s unique character, style and often humour, shines brightly in so many of the sights there are to see. By sights I don’t mean landmarks, but the sights on the streets where London really lives. The little, commonplace occurrences that provide the rhythm of the city’s beating heart. Small things that we pass without thinking, but which given a moment to pause, are often striking and beautiful.

Taking pictures in these moments is a great pleasure of mine, and I hope that by sharing them, I can also share some of what I think makes London so special.

Little Sister's big sister is RSVP London.
