Timeless icon of the mid-century Scandinavian design made of transparent acrylic plastic.
Born in 1950 and designed by Charles & Ray Eames, the DSW design was created ad hoc in response to the urgency of furniture needed after WW2. The chair was a success for its adaptability, robustness, and practicality. It is definitely the product that better represents Charles and Ray Eames’ philosophy of "Giving the most with the least".
This version of the DSW chair features a transparent acrylic plastic seat, and beech wood legs featuring an Eiffel metal frame adding both stability and aesthetics, with anti-slip and anti-scratch pads.
The futuristic ghost motif is widely used for refined ambiance and modern settings, from kitchens to living rooms to offices. Can be used as an interior or outdoor/garden dining chair.
