Shipping & Delivery
The shops are managed by independent sellers and each seller offers different delivery options. You can see the delivery options offered by each seller during check out.
It depends on where you are. Orders from sellers in your own country will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take up to 28 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Sorry, TAC will only refund the original price of the item purchased unless the item is faulty or has been damaged during transportation.

Yes. Members will be able to list events on the TAC website for free. If you are not a TAC member, you will be charged a one-off fee of £15 for each event listing. Submit your event here.
Setting up an account is really easy and only takes a few minutes. You'll need to give us your name, email, and address and then create a password, which you can use to access your account at a later date. With an account, you can check the progress of an order, change your details and save your payment details, which will speed things up the next time you place an order with us. Alternatively, if you'd prefer not to create an account, you can select "Continue as guest" instead. You'll still need to enter your name, email address, and payment information, but these won't be stored. You won't be able to track your order through the site if you select this option though.

No problem, all you need to do is request a password reminder. You can find this at the 'Login/My Account' section of the site. Simply click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and we'll email it over to you.
By logging in to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to access your account details. You will also have the option to change your shipping addresses stored against your account but unfortunately, we aren't able to change the delivery address on an active order, so please ensure you select the right details.

However, if you are not happy with your product/s, the person who made the purchase will have to ask for a refund. To get started creating your TAC designer profile click on 'Sell' on the TAC website. Please bear in mind that designers' collections will be curated as to whether they are added to the visible online directory or not. All Designers will be notified when they are added to the TAC designer page.
