« Where is the love »This work follows my artistic approach inspired once by muralists, then by pop art and today by urban art and street art. In this painting I wanted to evoke our natural need and our deep desire to forge authentic links with other living beings, both other human beings and all living creatures and even with nature. Through this painting I wanted to talk about the respect and love that we must have for others.

ArteRomán was created by two sisters who grew up in Peru during the most critical years of terrorism and economic recession. Influenced by such serious socioeconomic factors, both developed artistic calls as a form of freedom of expression and identity claim. Already living abroad and both with established artistic careers, they decide to create a line of clothing and accessories that seeks through fashion to call on each individual to get socially involved by carrying the message of those anonymous who have no voice in our society and long to be heard but unfortunately they are not and at the same time raise awareness of those iniquities that are so harmful to our world.
